Mahj in the Wild is what happens when mahjong leaves the dining room. Pop-ups at restaurants. Private parties at home. Pool parties with our floating tile set. Birthdays, bachelorettes, baby showers, book clubs, holiday gatherings, and the dinner clubs that want to add a little something to their usual Thursday.
I bring the tiles, the curation, and the table. You bring your people.

Beginners get just enough instruction to play real hands by the end. Experienced players get a beautifully set table and the freedom to dive in. I tailor the night to fit.

I'll be in touch within 2 business days by email. We'll cover your group, your space, and the moments that matter to you.

You show up
Custom tablescape, curated tiles, every detail prepped. You just walk in and enjoy.
Event length: Most events run 2 to 2.5 hours. Need more? We'll build it in.
Group size: Tables of 4. Any group size works. I bring helpers for the bigger ones. We'll figure it out together.
Where: Most events happen in and around Austin. Your home, your backyard, your pool, your favorite restaurant, or a venue I help you find. For the right occasion, I'll travel further. Tell me where.
